About Me

My background is in mental health and I have had the privilege of working as a counsellor for a number of different charities in the Manchester area. Though my qualifications are in counselling, I have also worked as a support worker for adults with Autism and as an English Teacher. Some of this work has taken me abroad to South Korea, Myanmar and India, amongst other places. I have extensively studied meditation and mindfulness practices for my own personal growth and love to incorporate these in my counselling practice where appropriate.

I currently work as a High School Counsellor and work in private practice in the evenings.
