My Approach to Therapy

My person centred approach to therapy means seeing everyone as uniquely individual and tailoring my practice to suit. This means I may also use some aspects of CBT, Transactional analysis, Mindfulness and Creative therapies in our work together.

I am also an Anxiety UK therapist and have published research in the field of Social Anxiety. I can incorporate mindfulness and meditation into our sessions as useful tools for overcoming the physical symptoms of anxiety.

I have experience working with children aged 11+ as well as adults. If you are a parent looking for counselling for a child aged between 11-17, please feel welcome to get in touch.

Cost of therapy

£45 for a 50 minute session

Discount for block bookings: £160 for a block of 4 sessions

All sessions will be paid in advance via bank transfer


Monday - Friday  evenings from 4:30pm - 7pm

Additional appointment times available during school holidays

Open to discussing weekly or fortnightly sessions
